Yellow Group
Our pre-school consists of: three
Orange Group classes, three Blue
Group classes, two Yellow Group
classes andtwo Grade R classes.
Orange Group have their own
playground which is separate
from the bigger children's
playground. A structured daily
routine is followed in the pre-
school during the mornings which
includes songs and rhymes,
creative activities, cognitive
activities and activities to
develop co-ordination and
movement.The foundations for
school readiness are laid in our
Yellow Group where they start
learning the basic concepts of
numeracy and literacy. This is a
bridging year to our Grade R
class where these concepts will
be further built on. The
afternoons are more relaxed
allowing plenty of time for free
play. From 4:30 pm the classes
play educational games.
